These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BOSRAI (bosr.ai), operated by FREEBNK AI TECH - FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you use BOSRAI on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
BOSRAI is an AI sales rep for business-to-business outreach. It finds people who match the audience you describe, writes and sends email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp messages from accounts you connect, follows up, reads and drafts replies, books meetings on your calendar, and can place phone callbacks. You decide what it may do on its own: every channel starts in review mode, where nothing goes out until you approve it, and you can move a channel to autopilot when you are ready.
You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep that mailbox secure: anyone who can read it can use your account. You are responsible for everything done in your workspace, including by team members you invite. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We offer a Free plan and paid monthly plans (Agent, Growth and Scale). Each plan includes a monthly allowance of verified contacts, a daily sending cap, a number of audiences, seats and languages, and, on paid plans, autopilot. The current plans, prices and allowances are on the pricing page; the version shown when you subscribe is the one that applies to you.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. Yearly billing is discounted as shown on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.

The people BOSRAI finds come from third-party data providers and public sources. We verify email addresses where we can and remove addresses we know to be dead, but we do not guarantee that any record is accurate, current or reachable. You choose the audience, you decide who is messaged, and you are responsible for keeping your own suppression and do-not-contact lists up to date. Anyone who replies asking to be left alone is marked do-not-contact across every channel and stays that way.
You connect your own email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp accounts, and every message BOSRAI sends goes out from them in your name. You are the sender and the controller of the contact data you use, and you confirm you have a lawful basis to message each person in the countries you target. BOSRAI applies sending limits, opt-out handling and time windows on your behalf, but cannot guarantee compliance with the law of every country.
LinkedIn and WhatsApp do not permit automated sending from a personal account, and either may restrict or close an account it believes is automated. BOSRAI sends slowly, in working hours, with warm-up periods and daily caps to keep that risk low, but the risk is yours: we are not responsible for a restriction or closure of an account you connect. WhatsApp in particular goes only to people who have already engaged with you unless you switch that protection off, and every sequence message carries a way to opt out.
BOSRAI writes messages and reply drafts with AI. In review mode you read and approve each one before it is sent. On autopilot you have told us to send without asking, within the caps and rules you set, and you accept that the AI may make mistakes. Either way, what goes out is sent by you: read what the rep writes, correct its facts, and turn a channel back to review mode if you are not happy with it. Nothing the rep writes is legal, financial or professional advice.
BOSRAI depends on services we do not control: email and messaging providers, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calendar providers, data providers and AI model providers. Your use of a connected service is subject to that service's own terms. We are not responsible for a third party's availability, changes to its rules, or its handling of your data.
We aim to keep BOSRAI available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service. Some features are new and labelled as such in the app; they may change, pause or be withdrawn while we learn how they perform. We back up your data but you should keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost deals, lost data, damage to your sending reputation, restriction of an account you connect, or any indirect loss arising from your use of BOSRAI. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect about you and how we handle the contact data in your workspace. For the people you message, you are the controller and we process their data on your instructions; on request we will sign a data processing agreement with you.
You can close your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these Terms, does not pay, or puts our sending infrastructure at risk. When a workspace closes, sending stops immediately; we keep its data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
BOSRAI, its software, design and name belong to FREEBNK AI TECH - FZCO. The messages the rep writes for you, and the data in your workspace, are yours. We may use aggregate, anonymised results, such as which subject lines get replies, to improve the service for everyone.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are settled by the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms. If a change matters to you we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using BOSRAI after that date means you accept the change.
